The lodge was well-equipped for our needs.

The cleanliness was disappointing. The carpets had dead insects and leaves. The bathroom was lacking hooks, and the toilet seat was unstable. We were very frustrated with the lack of towels at the pool and the unfriendly attitude from staff .

The spaciousness and elegant decor of the lodge made me feel at home, while the friendly staff ensured everything was easily accessible.

More kitchen utensils would enhance the experience.

The lodge was modern with a lovely private jacuzzi. Breakfast hours were misleading, causing us to miss our meal. Enjoyed the live sport events at the sports bar.

Our lodge was amazin, super clean n comfy! The hot tub was just perfect n the space was huge. The staff were really friendly n super helpful. The restaurant food was really good too, especially breakfast. We loved the chill vibe around the whole place.

But we did notice a few things missing like towels n dishcloths in our lodge. The pool could've been a bit warmer.

The chalet felt unfinished with noticeable dust and a lack of basic toiletries and towels, something you'd expect at any resort. Privacy was a concern due to the glass main door, and the lack of curtains left us feeling exposed. Lighting options were limited, as the living room relied solely on harsh spotlights without softer alternatives. We also had to rearrange the furniture to make the space more comfortable, as it felt awkwardly laid out. Cooking supplies were sparse, requiring us to boil water just to clean cutlery. Dining options were underwhelming. Breakfast offered cold items and the grill bar's food quality left much to be desired, especially the dry loaded fries that hit like a rip-off.

I absolutely loved the spa facilities! The relaxing massages melted my stress away. the living room in our chalet was poorly lit and felt uncomfortable. 😅

Couple's Hideaway, a Luxurious Find

Had an very nice time in the one bedroom lodge it was spacious and super comfy the bed reminded me of clouds. Spa was fantastic too had all the amenities you could ask for and more, the heated sun loungers were a nice touch made chilling even better

It wasn't exactly on the cheap side but still within reason for what you get

The two-bedroom chalet was super clean and modern. Loved the spacious bathroom with a large shower-it felt really nice! The staff, especially Elle and Nathan, were super helpful and fun to chat with. The room had a homey vibe, but more kitchen utensils would have been a plus.

Spent 2 nights in a two-bedroom chalet and it was fab! Super clean and modern. The shower was massive! A special shoutout to Elle and Nathan for being super helpful. The only hiccup was that the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty, but that didn't ruin our fun. Had a nice meal at the bar too!

Unfortunately, cleanliness fell short upon arrival. The sheets were stained with makeup and long hairs were found underneath the covers, which really detracted from the experience. The misleading breakfast hours on the website led us to miss out on a proper meal, as they stopped serving at 10 AM despite what was indicated online.
